Introduction:
Your Job:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Accounts Receivable team by establishing clear goals, KPIs, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Own short-term and mid-term collections forecasting activities and provide consolidated AR forecasts to FP&A.;
- Partner with Finance and FP&A; teams to improve forecast accuracy and deliver meaningful variance analysis.
- Develop and present data-driven AR performance reports, collection trends, forecast insights, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Drive automation, digitization, and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency,



scalability, and operational effectiveness across AR processes.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements across end-to-end O2C activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones to support business objectives and drive alignment.
- Support global O2C transformation initiatives including system implementations, process redesign, and operational excellence programs.

Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a secure and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit
