OTC Billing Manager (India) - UK & US Customers
- Role Summary
- The OTC Billing Manager will lead the end-to-end billing function for UK and US
- entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing aligned with contractual
- terms and revenue recognition policies. The role will drive billing excellence, process
- standardization, and automation, while partnering with global stakeholders to improve
- billing quality, reduce disputes, and accelerate cash realization.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. End-to-End Billing Operations
- Manage the complete billing lifecycle:
- Billing set-up and contract interpretation
- o Invoice generation (recurring, milestone-based, T&M;, and ad-hoc billing)
- o Billing validation and approval workflows
- o Invoice dispatch and customer communication
- Ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with contractual and regulatory

requirements
