About the Role

Pachouli is looking for a highly target-driven, aggressive and result-oriented Aesthetic Sales & Growth Manager to take ownership of clinic revenue, sales performance, customer conversions and business growth.

This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong sales ownership, leadership, negotiation and closing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned clinics/cluster.
- Drive revenue through Skin, Hair, Laser, Aesthetic, Slimming and Wellness treatments/packages.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase clinic revenue and average ticket size.




- Drive premium and high-value package sales.
- Maximize upselling, cross-selling, renewals and repeat business.
- Monitor daily revenue and immediately address sales gaps.

2. Lead Conversion & Closing
- Take complete ownership of lead conversion and sales closure.
- Monitor digital leads, walk-ins, references and existing customer leads.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups by the sales team.
- Personally intervene in high-value and difficult sales closures.
- Improve consultation-to-sale and lead-to-sale conversion ratios.
- Handle customer objections, negotiations and pricing concerns effectively.

3. Team Leadership
- Manage and motivate Sales Consultants, Center Heads and other revenue-generating team members.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct daily sales huddles and performance reviews.
- Track individual productivity and conversion performance.
- Coach team members on consultation, objection handling
