Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.
- The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multifunctional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Business Development (Sales):




- Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan
- Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
- Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines
- Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
- Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
- Track market developments and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)

Customer Services:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customers. Maintain solid liaison and communication with clients
- Prepare and submit customer reports promptly
- Address customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them effectively
- Conduct detailed site inspections and SRAs
