Function: Corporate Communications

Role Purpose

The Corporate Communication Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s internal and external communication, leadership communication and corporate content. The role will ensure that key business priorities, milestones and organisational initiatives are communicated clearly, consistently and effectively across relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal & Leadership Communication
- Develop and manage the corporate communication calendar.
- Create communication for company announcements, business updates, milestones, policies and key initiatives.
- Draft CEO/MD and leadership messages, townhall communication, speeches, talking points and presentations.
- Manage internal newsletters, HRMS/intranet content and other employee communication channels.

Corporate & Digital Communication
- Develop content for the corporate website, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Translate business achievements, project milestones and organisational initiatives into compelling stories and content.
- Support corporate profiles,



presentations, brochures and other communication collateral.
- Ensure consistency in corporate messaging, tone and brand identity.

External Communication
- Support corporate announcements, media communication and PR activities as required.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, designers, photographers and other external communication partners.
- Support communication around key company milestones, projects and corporate developments.

Communication Governance
- Maintain communication templates, guidelines and content standards.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and appropriate approvals for corporate and leadership communication.
- Maintain a structured content and communication calendar across channels.
