We are looking for a enthusiastic, persuasive, and communicative Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound customer queries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information promptly.
- Identify and qualify sales leads and set up appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, feedback, and customer details in the CRM/database.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow up on warm leads and existing customer accounts to build robust relationships.





Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar sales/support role (Freshers welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Fluent in [Insert Language, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office / Excel.
- Polite, patient, and persistent demeanor with a strong customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
