We are looking for an experienced IT Support & MIS Executive who can independently handle day-to-day IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, basic networking, and reporting requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for approximately 40+ laptops and desktop computers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues in laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Handle basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, internet, and network connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with the existing AMC service provider for issues requiring external technical support and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and troubleshoot 15+ printers and coordinate AMC/vendor support when required.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and coordination for CCTV cameras and related systems.
- Provide user support for day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets, systems, printers, and IT-related complaints.
- Work on Logic Software and extract required reports from the system.
- Prepare, clean, analyze,



and maintain MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, data filtering, sorting, and basic dashboards.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect data and prepare accurate reports.
- Identify recurring IT issues and coordinate with AMC/vendor teams for permanent solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions, assets, and software requirements.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software Troubleshooting:
- Good knowledge of Networking - LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Router, Switches:
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems:
- Positive knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office:
- Hands-on experience with Advanced MS Excel:
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Ability to work on ERP/Logic Software and generate reports:
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
