Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, diagnostic tests, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment schedules and medical queries.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratories, hospitals, and insurance providers.
- Assist in preparing medical documentation, reports, referrals, and discharge summaries.
- Monitor patient treatment progress and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Verify insurance details and assist with pre-authorizations, where applicable.
- Ensure timely communication between healthcare professionals and patients.
- Handle medical billing coordination and maintain documentation for claims (if applicable).
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, safety standards, and organizational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, Hospital Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, healthcare organization, or medical coordination role.
- Freshers with relevant education and strong communication skills may also apply.
