_Job Summary_

We are seeking an exceptionally vigilant, precise, and uncompromising Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our export-heavy manufacturing team. In this role, you will hold the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that our precision copper components and automated welding spares (such as nozzles, contact tips, and electrode holders) achieve flawless zero-defect metrics. Because our parts are exported globally for high-stress robotic assembly lines, your focus will be on strict structural compliance, international standards, and tight geometric tolerances (+/- 0.01mm).
- Key Responsibilities_
- Export-Grade Compliance: Enforce and audit strict end-to-end QC workflows matching international standards to ensure zero rejection rates at overseas customs or client facilities.
- Hyper-Precise Metrology: Conduct dimensional inspections using advanced equipment (profile projectors, digital micrometres, and specialized thread gauges).
- Copper Material Validation: Inspect and verify raw material purity, thermal conductivity parameters,



and structural integrity tailored for heavy-duty welding stress.
- Blueprints & GD&T;: Interpret complex global engineering drawings with advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) configurations.
- Root-Cause Analysis (CAPA): Instantly isolate non-conforming batches, spearhead root-cause investigations, and deploy robust Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Export Documentation: Maintain meticulous inspection records, trace heat codes, and generate comprehensive quality certificates required for international shipping.
- Required Qualifications & Skills_
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years of heavy QA/QC experience in a high-precision, export-driven machining workplace.
- Copper Mastery: Prior background handling copper or brass alloys, recognizing their specific tendencies toward deformation, tool marks, and thermal expansion.
