Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in Recruitment

CTC: 3.0 lacs to 4.2 lacs (25K to 35K in hand)

Requirements:
1. Graduate in any stream.

2. Prior experience of handling job portals & Intern sites like Naukri, Times Job, Internshala etc. is a must

4. Good communication skills - both written & oral.

5. Should be systematic, organized, smart learner & adaptive.

Role:Planning, strategizing & executing the end-to-end recruitment for the organization in the given deadlines. 20% of the role also includes HR generalist activities.

Job responsibilities:
1. Understanding the recruitment requirement from the individual departments and making the job description as required.

3. Conducting, coordinating the interviews and closing the position.

5. Handling the basic HR generalist activities like Joining formalities, exit formalities, policy improvements etc.
