Fresher / Entry-Level GOC Engineer Responsibilities
- Follow troubleshooting guides to identify, investigate, and resolve basic technical issues. Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when required.
- Gather relevant information from customers and document incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on incidents and service requests.
- Follow established processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure service quality.
- Help maintain and update technical documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and operational guides.
- Learn and develop technical skills related to network monitoring, system administration, and Itron platforms.




- Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and contribute to delivering a positive support experience.
- Participate in shift-based operations and collaborate with global teams to ensure continuous service availability.
- Be willing to work in a 24x7 support environment.
