Educational Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) shall be preferred. / Diploma in Mechanical

Overall Experience:Minimum 5 to 8 years for Degree holder and 7 to10 years for Diploma holder of experience in execution Mechanical piping (SS /CS/AS for industrial/ petrochemical plants along with equipment erection)

Desired Experience: Prior experience as site in charge for execution of fabrication / welding / erection of SS piping including testing and commissioning for at least 3 industrial / petrochemical projects.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILTY
- Knowledge of relevant codes, specifications, quality requirements for SS piping, and other mechanical works.
- Preparation of detailed schedule of works in discussion with Project Manager and ensure implementation of the schedule on field. Monitoring progress of work with reference to the schedule, mitigate the gaps to meet the timelines and quality aspects.
- Coordination for mobilization, execution, and resolution of issues with the sub-Contractors awarded with the job
- Supervise daily piping fabrication, fit-up, welding, NDT, erection,



and installation activities at site. Ensure fabrication and erection activities are carried out as per approved drawings, ISOMETRIC drawings, P&ID;, and project specifications.
- Ensure proper implementation of welding procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Client / PMC/ QA/QC Engineer for inspections, hydro testing, and prepare required documents for client certification.
- Attend client meetings and progress review meetings whenever required.
- Monitor productivity of welders, fitters, fabricators, and subcontract manpower.
- Plan and allocate materials, site fronts, P&M; as per site requirements. Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for timely availability of materials and consumables
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower reports, and work completion records.
