About the Role: The Head – Finance Business Partnering will be a strategic finance partner to the business, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, profitability and operational efficiency. The role will lead the Finance Business Partnering function and combine strong commercial acumen with expertise across P&L; management, FP&A;, financial planning and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business leaders on strategic, commercial and financial decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners across business segments.
- Own P&L; and Balance Sheet performance alongside business heads.
- Drive financial KPIs, profitability,



cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Develop financial models for business cases, pricing, investments and strategic initiatives.
- Analyse business performance, financial trends and variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, risk management and statutory compliance.
- Identify and prevent revenue leakage and drive improvement in margins and cash flow.
- Support business restructuring, M&A;, realignment and other strategic initiatives.
- Oversee management reporting, MIS and timely presentation of financial performance to leadership.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, People and other functions to drive business outcomes.
- Engage with auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
