Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on the development of hearing technology, wearable electronics, consumer products, and qualified audio devices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality 3D CAD models for hearing aids, wearable electronics, and consumer products.
- Develop plastic, metal, and silicone components suitable for mass manufacturing.
- Prepare production-ready assemblies, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance stack-ups.
- Design products considering acoustic performance, waterproofing, ergonomics, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Perform DFM, DFA, and injection molding design.
- Collaborate with Electronics, Acoustic, Firmware, Mechanical, and Industrial Design teams.
- Create exploded views, BOMs, technical documentation, and assembly instructions.
- Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing and validate prototype designs.
- Assist in product testing, debugging, and engineering improvements.




- Participate in engineering reviews and product optimization.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering:
Experience
- Freshers with excellent CAD skills are encouraged to apply.:
- 1-5 years of experience in Product Design or Mechanical Design is preferred.
- Experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, wearables, IoT products, or audio products will be an advantage.
