Job Overview:
You will work closely with architects, product teams, compensation SMEs, and engineering partners to deliver scalable, resilient, and future-ready systems that modernize the compensation platform end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
Core - Oracle Data Engineering:
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to support compensation calculations, ingestion, validation, and downstream processing
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and enterprise data integration patterns




- Develop and optimize stored procedures, packages, and database objects for rules-driven compensation processing
- Implement data quality, reconciliation, auditing, and monitoring layers to ensure high data integrity for compensation processes
- Model, transform, and tune relational data in Oracle for performance, reliability, and scalability

Cloud & Platform Integration:
- Design and implement event-driven workflows leveraging AWS services and serverless components to orchestrate compensation data flows
- Configure and support Varicent workflows including data loading, plan execution, and output distribution

Application & Platform Engineering (Good-to-Have):
- Assist with API design or UI enhancements as needed to improve access to compensation data and processing

Engineering Excellence:
- Partner with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment
- Troubleshoot data, database, and workflo
