Title: Paralegal Quality Analyst
- Education:Masters in Law (LLM)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience of litigation in Court
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in LPO for backend legal support in personal injury
- Minimum 2 years of experience in review and quality checking of the legal documents
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for handling client calls/ client queries
- Solid problem-solving and time-management skills
- Role Overview:
- Direct internal audits to ensure teams are following set process as recommended by the client
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Conduct evaluations & RCA to identify areas of improvement
- Able to deliver coaching on finding areas
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Prepare, update & validate SOPs
- Prepare periodic reporting & dashboard
