Role Overview
- Procure agricultural commodities directly from farmers, traders, and agri-input retailers.
- Build and maintain strong mandi-level and farmer networks.
- Conduct quality checks and negotiate prices.
- Track local market trends and procurement opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth sourcing activities.

Commodity Exposure

Wheat | Paddy | Bajra | Maize | Soyabean | Mustard | Gram

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the quality of agricultural commodities at the field and mandi level.
- Ensure procurement as per company quality standards.
- Develop relationships with farmers, traders, FPOs, and local stakeholders.




- Travel extensively within the assigned region for sourcing and procurement activities.

Eligibility
- Experience: 2+ years in agri procurement, commodity trading, or agri value chains.
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Solid local network in the farmer and trader ecosystem.
- Good understanding of quality assessment parameters for Wheat, Mustard, Bajra, Soyabean, Gram, and other agricultural commodities.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and be willing to travel extensively for field operations.
- Comfortable working in on-ground procurement environments.
