At Advance Edge, we specialize in legal intake solutions and high-impact digital marketing for law firms. We run high-budget, results-driven ad campaigns primarily across the US market, alongside select operations in India. We are currently looking for a highly technical, data-oriented PPC Specialist to join our team working out of our Banjara Hills office.

In this role, your technical expertise and understanding of the specific services you are advertising matter more than how you speak. Exceptional communication skills are *not* mandatory for this position. Instead, we are looking for someone with an incredibly sound knowledge of the product, a love for diving into the data, and the ability to effectively optimize and scale lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns targeting the US market, including Performance Max (pMAX), Search, Display, Demand Gen, and Local campaigns.
- Develop a deep,



sound understanding of our core offerings—particularly within the legal sector—to ensure precise targeting and highly relevant ad delivery.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on real-time data to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and maximize overall ROI.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking to ensure accurate data measurement and attribution.
- Generate regular, clear performance reports for top leadership and adjust campaigns based on the results.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience* specifically creating and optimizing PPC campaigns for the US market.
- Robust Product Knowledge:* Ability to deeply understand the product or service you are marketing to build structurally sound and effective campaigns.
- Deep technical expertise in the Google Ads ecosystem (pMAX, Search, Display, Demand Gen, Local).
- Strong practical knowledge of conversion tracking setup and management.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
