Nitarya Global LLP is building Nitarya Living Index, a research-led advisory and intelligence system for evaluating premium real estate opportunities, neighbourhood quality, micro-market attractiveness, project fundamentals, and living environment quality.

We are not a conventional brokerage or listing platform. Our content needs to educate, build trust, simplify real estate complexity, and help clients understand what to check before making high-value real estate decisions.

Nitarya is an early-stage, founder-led startup with a small core team.



This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with ownership, AI-assisted execution, direct founder interaction, and building a content system from scratch.

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive — Premium Real Estate who can convert founder-led thinking, research notes, market observations, and project insights into clear, premium, trust-building content.

This is not a basic social media posting role.

The role requires someone who can understand nuanced ideas, create useful content formats, manage social/community communication, and support first-touch client engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Repurposing
- Convert founder’s ideas, voice notes, market observations, and research points into daily content.
- Create LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, WhatsApp updates, carousels, short explainers, checklists, and simple infographics.
- Prepare content around premium real estate, micro-market evaluatio
