Assistant - Site Supervision
Location: Igatpuri
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Reporting To: Owner / Management

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day activities at the open site.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Ensure work is being carried out as per schedule, instructions, and quality standards.
- Maintain records of manpower availability, material deliveries, and work progress.
- Identify any delays or issues and escalate them immediately to the Owner.
- Submit daily work reports to the Owner including photos, manpower count, and work details.
- Ensure basic site safety practices are followed by workers.
- Assist in managing logistics, material handling, and minor administrative tasks in office.
- Maintain discipline and resolve minor on-site conflicts with diplomacy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or coordination.
- Education qualification: SSC (10th)



or HSC (12th) pass.
- Should be familiar with basic construction activities and terminology.
- Good communication skills in Marathi
- verbal and basic written reporting.
- Must be dependable, proactive, and disciplined.
- Should have a smartphone and own vehicle.
- Should have basic knowledge of WhatsApp and photography for reporting purposes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
