Job Summary

We are looking for a agile Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls with US-based industrial technology clients. The role involves identifying prospects, setting up meetings, and coordinating SAP-related discussions between clients and our technical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based industrial and IT companies to introduce Things Alive's SAP, IoT and technology solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients based on their business and technology requirements.




- Schedule meetings and demo calls between prospective clients and SAP solution experts.
- Identify target industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Automotive, Industrial Automation, and understand their technology landscape (SAP, IoT, AI, Cloud, etc.).
- Maintain and update lead details, call notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Stay updated on SAP solutions, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualification
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related specialization) - Mandatory.:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
