Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage mechanical fabrication and assembly activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day workshop operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure fabrication as per specifications.
- Manage fabrication quality, welding activities, and material utilization.
- Lead installation, commissioning, troubleshooting,



and servicing of equipment at customer sites.
- Guide and mentor technicians, fabricators, and service engineers.
- Coordinate with production, design, purchase, and quality teams for timely project execution.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and service support for installed equipment.
- Maintain documentation, service reports, and fabrication records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Interact with customers to resolve technical issues and provide after-sales support.
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 20+ years of experience in mechanical fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, machining, and mechanical assembly.
- Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial machinery.
- Ability to lead teams and manage workshop activities.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving
