EquityPandit is looking for agile, high-performing field sales professionals from the Mutual Fund or Insurance industries to drive client acquisition and wealth advisory services. In this role, you will leverage your financial product knowledge to transition retail clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) into EquityPandit’s premium equity research and investment advisory platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits, local networking meetings, and corporate pitches to source new individual investors.
- Product Pitching: Pitch EquityPandit's subscription-based equity research, stock market advisory, and portfolio advisory services in simple, transparent terms. Convert leads generated through digital marketing into active, paying subscribers.
- Needs Analysis: Assess client financial backgrounds, risk appetites, and long-term life goals to recommend tailored plans.
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the complete process from cold-visiting and lead generation to document collection, form processing, and final payment closure.




- Relationship Building: Conduct routine portfolio reviews, service existing clients, and secure regular referrals to expand your local network.
- Compliance & Reporting: Complete KYC requirements strictly, maintain daily activity logs, and update CRM tools accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven field sales experience in mutual fund houses (AMCs), wealth management firms, or insurance companies.
- Financial Literacy: Robust foundational knowledge of financial markets, mutual funds, insurance products, and understanding of the equity/stock market.
- Education: Graduation or equivalent degree in any stream.
- Certifications: specifically NISM Series XXV-B for Investment Adviser is highly preferred but not mandatory at the time of hiring.
