Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current state of the organization's IT infrastructure and identify the migration scope, risks, and dependencies.:
- Design and implement a migration strategy that minimizes the impact on the business operations and meets the security and compliance requirements.:
- Designing and implementing Office 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business,
and Microsoft Teams.:
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems and platforms.:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and administrators on Microsoft 365 features and functionalities.:
Analyzing the overall enterprise environment to find gaps and can think outside-of-the-box in order to design and create functionality which will prove to be of value.:
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure alignment and compatibility of Microsoft 365 solutions with business requirements and objectives.:
- Configure and deploy the Microsoft 365 services and features, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Intune.:
- Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues and ensure user satisfaction.:
