JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Inspect and verify the quality of incoming materials, components, and products from suppliers.
- Check product specifications, measurements, functionality, and packaging.
- Reject defective materials and coordinate with suppliers for replacements or corrective actions.

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
- Monitor and inspect products during assembly or production processes.
- Ensure processes follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Identify defects early and work with the production team to troubleshoot issues.

3. Final Quality Control (FQC)
- Conduct final inspections before dispatch.
- Verify product performance, appearance, labelling, and packaging compliance.
- Ensure all outgoing products meet required quality parameters.

4. Testing & Documentation
- Perform functional, visual,



and Electrial and mechanical tests based on product requirements.
- Maintain QC checklists, test reports, inspection logs, and NCR reports.
- Prepare quality-related MIS reports and maintain proper documentation.

5. Quality Assurance Process Implementation
- Support in developing SOPs, quality standards, and process improvements.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company quality policies.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

6. Supplier & Internal Team Coordination
- Communicate quality issues to suppliers for corrective action.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and production teams for quality compliance.
- Work closely with management to improve quality systems.

7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and controlled inspection/testing area.
- Follow organizational protocols for quality, safety, and reporting.
