About the Role

We are looking for a Senior US Recruiter to join our Haridwar team.

This is a full-time, permanent, 100% in office position. This is not a hybrid or remote role.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on US recruiting experience, particularly in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, machinery, automation, or skilled-trades recruitment.

This is a hands-on recruiting role. You will take ownership of requirements from sourcing and screening through submission, interviews, and placement.

What You'll Be Doing
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,



Monster, resume databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Create effective Boolean searches based on job requirements.
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS.
- Work toward submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and recruiting activity.

Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.:
- US recruiting/staffing experience required.:
- Experience recruiting for US-based manufacturing companies strongly preferred.:
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, machinery, automation, or skilled-trades positions.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong Boolean search skills.
- Good understanding of technical and manufacturing job requirements.
- Excellent English communication skil
