Position: Academic Facilitator (Shiksha Sahyogi)

Experience: 3-5 years

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi; proficiency in English preferred

Salary (CTC): Rs. 18,000 to 20,000/- per month

- Job Purpose

The Academic Facilitator (Shiksha Sahyogi) will support the academic development of students in Grades 6-9 through remedial education, foundational learning support, assessments, mentoring, and community engagement. The role aims to bridge learning gaps, strengthen grade-level competencies, and improve student retention through child-centric and activity-based learning approaches. The Academic Facilitator will work closely with children, parents, schools, and community stakeholders to create an enabling learning environment and support children in achieving their full potential.
