About the role -

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant who can implement,

Key Responsibilities -
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and implement Zoho solutions to meet business needs.
- Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects.
- Create workflows, automation, approval processes, and reports.
- Coordinate with technical teams during development and deployment.
- Conduct UAT and provide user training.
- Prepare functional documentation, BRDs, SOPs, and implementation guides.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Zoho Projects.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with:

- Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience in data migration and data import/export.




- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Technical Skills
- Deluge scripting
- API integration
- Webhooks
- JSON/XML
- SQL (preferred)
- Basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS (preferred)

Project Management Skills
- Planning and tracking projects using Zoho Projects.
- Resource allocation and task management.
- Milestone planning.
- Gantt Charts.
- Timesheet management.
- Risk and issue tracking.
- Sprint and Agile project management.
- Project reporting and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.
- Zoho certifications are preferred.
- Experience in end-to-end ERP/CRM implementation is an advantage.
