Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through multiple online and offline sources.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports with key metrics.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.
- Manage CRM data and ensure lead quality and accuracy.
- Identify recent lead generation opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Work with content and design teams to develop marketing creatives and landing pages.

Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and campaign optimization skills.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the industrial, engineering will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
