Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad (In office) (NO TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE)

Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing

Experience: 5+ years of core plant experience

Salary: As per industry standards & experience

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Attendance: Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing, biometric attendance, overtime (OT) calculations, and leave management for 150+ factory workers and staff.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle monthly preparation and filing of PF, ESIC, MLWF, PT, Bonus, and Gratuity returns.
- Factory Audits & Liaison: Maintain all statutory legal registers under the Factories Act. Lead and coordinate with government officials (DISH, Factory Inspector, EPFO, ESIC) and successfully manage social/labor compliance audits (e.g., SEDEX, BSCI).




- Contract Labor Management: Supervise contractors, verify contractor billing, maintain muster rolls, and ensure 100% legal compliance for contract labor.
- Plant Administration: Oversee daily factory admin including security, canteen, housekeeping, vendor management, and implement 5S workplace safety on the shop floor.

Requirements:
- Master’s in HR (MHRM/MBA/MSW) or equivalent.
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English is mandatory to communicate effectively with local labor and government officials.
