Packing Staff - Job Description Position: Packing Executive / Packing Staff Responsibilities: Pick the correct lenses from inventory as per the order. Verify lens power, coating, and quantity before packing. Match order details with the invoice. Pack lenses safely using the company's packing standards. Print and attach shipping labels. Prepare parcels for courier dispatch. Update packed orders in the system/register. Keep the packing area clean and organized. Inform the supervisor immediately if any lens is missing, damaged, or mismatched. Achieve daily packing targets while maintaining 100% accuracy. Requirements: Basic reading and writing skills. Attention to detail and ability to identify numbers correctly. Honest, responsible, and punctual. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace. Experience in warehouse or packing work is preferred but not mandatory. Performance Expectations (KPIs) 60-100+ orders packed per day (depending on order complexity). Zero wrong-power dispatches. Zero damaged packing. Maintain an organized packing station. Follow SOPs without shortcuts.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
