Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, directories, and other lead generation tools.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales/business development team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Ensure the lead database is updated and well-organized.

QualificationsExperience
- 1-4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development Support, or a related role.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
