Role Purpose





The Junior Business Implementor Coach will support the consulting team in implementing business improvement systems, coordinating with clients, conducting business visits, analyzing business processes, and supporting clients in the execution of consulting strategies.

The role requires robust B2B communication skills, analytical ability, consulting approach, and the capability to work closely with business owners for practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Implementation & Client Support
- Support senior consultants in implementing business improvement frameworks at client locations.
- Understand client business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct client visits and monitor implementation progress as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with business owners and internal teams for execution of action plans.
- Track implementation activities and provide regular updates.
