Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare the dental operatory before and after patient appointments.
- Arrange and sterilize dental instruments and equipment as per infection control protocols.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sterilization standards in the clinic.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (if trained).
- Prepare dental materials required for procedures.
- Ensure availability of dental supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Support doctors with patient positioning and chair-side assistance.
- Educate patients about post-treatment care and basic oral hygiene instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment-related documentation.
- Follow clinic protocols for safety, cleanliness,
and patient care.
- Coordinate with front desk and clinical team for smooth patient flow.
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma / Certification in Dental Assisting or relevant dental background preferred.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization practices.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Patient-friendly attitude with good attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
