About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and educational institutions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet principals, management teams, and key decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations of Edugenius solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects, address queries, negotiate, and drive the sales process towards closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to generate repeat and referral opportunities.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily activity records and share school visit feedback, client requirements, and sales updates with the Head Office.
- Coordinate with the Head Office team regarding proposals, follow-ups, product requirements, and deal closures.

What we are looking for
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in interacting with principals, school management, and decision-makers.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively on-field.
- Prior experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or EdTech is an advantage.
