Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and autonomous Operation Executive. This role encompasses all operational activities, including those for our property development division.

You will be a key point of contact for our investors and project partners, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and the smooth execution of our administrative workflows.

- Administrative Executive: Mastering investor relations, project financial reporting, and operational coordination.
- Operations Manager: Taking full oversight of project workflows, office systems, and internal team leadership.
- PA to the CEO: Providing advanced strategic support, executive-level calendar management, and high-level business coordination for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Financial Reporting
- Investor Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of investor portfolios, tracking fund allocations across specific projects.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly investor statements, providing clear visibility on interest accrued and total project investment.
- Financial Accuracy: Utilize financial methodologies—including straightforward, complex, and compound interest calculations—to ensure precise investor payouts and ledger integrity.

2. Project & Supplier Coordination
- Supplier Statements: Proactively manage supplier relationships by generating project-specific financial statements every three months, detailing investment allocations and payment schedules.
- Project Communications: Act as a central contact for stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are tracked and communicated clearly.
