Job Summary

The Soft Skills Trainer designs, develops, and conducts training sessions to improve communication, teamwork, leadership, customer service, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and other behavioral competencies. The trainer assesses learning needs, creates engaging learning experiences, and evaluates training effectiveness to support individual and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain training records, reports, and attendance data.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, learning methodologies, and training technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development (L&D;), or Soft Skills Training is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Learning & Development professional.
- Robust knowledge
