Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Specialist to manage and support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR coordination, performance tracking, policy implementation, and overall people management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and hiring coordination
- Handle onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, and employee lifecycle management
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR operations support
- Manage employee engagement activities, retention initiatives, and workplace coordination
- Draft HR letters, offer letters, warning letters, appraisal letters, and HR communications
- Coordinate performance tracking, KRAs/KPIs, review processes, and employee follow-ups
- Handle exit formalities, F&F; coordination, relieving documentation, and clearance processes
- Maintain employee records, trackers, HR MIS reports, and operational dashboards




- Support policy implementation, disciplinary processes, and organizational compliance activities
- Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower planning and hiring requirements
- Work on HR process improvements, operational structure, and employee experience initiatives
- Handle employee concerns, coordination, and day-to-day HR-related operations professionally

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee management
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring requirements simultaneously
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, HR trackers, and reporting
- Robust ownership mindset with execution-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good documentation, follow-up, and process management skills

Preferred:
- Prior experience in startup, D2C, FMCG, or fast-paced work
