Role Overview

The Back Sales Coordinator (Technical Sales) will support the front-end sales team by handling technical documentation, quotations, order processing, customer coordination, and internal follow-ups. The role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate technical communication,



and timely execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Coordination Support
- Engaging with the prospective clients to understand their needs, technically guide & present Panache's innovative energy-efficient solutions generating leads.
- Preparing proposals, and following up to close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups, pricing approvals, and order closures.
- Maintain and update CRM, sales trackers, and MIS reports.
- Process sales orders, proforma invoices, and coordinate dispatch schedules.

Technical Support
- Conduct product demonstrations, conduct zoom meetings with consultants & customers.
- Attend technical queries from clients and route complex issues to the technical team.
- Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical documentation.
- Support client requirements of product presentations, brochures, and compliance documents etc.
