Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and engage with healthcare professionals to present product information and address concerns.
- Offer complete product knowledge, including usage, dosage, and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness and achieve sales targets.
- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, offering appropriate product recommendations.
- Gather insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities and report to internal departments.
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing departments on promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Attend seminars, workshops, and other events to expand professional knowledge and networks.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales performance using CRM software.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.





Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Proven record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with healthcare professionals
- Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills
- In-depth product knowledge of pharmaceutical products and understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets within assigned territory
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other digital sales tools
- Valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel within the assigned territory
