Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service concerns.
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates, repair work, and timelines.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely completion of service and repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service records and customer details.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
- Deliver vehicles after service and explain the work carried out.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Promote preventive maintenance and genuine accessories when appropriate.
- Maintain service quality standards as per company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry is preferred.



Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
