ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and supervise exploratory drilling activities
Conduct borehole logging, core sampling & DTH sampling
Execute geological mapping, surveys & field investigations
Manage and monitor daily field operations
Prepare and maintain IBM-related documents & statutory records
Maintain daily geological reports, field data & sampling records
Analyse geological data and prepare technical reports
Ensure compliance with MCDR 2017 and applicable mining regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Degree in Geology / Applied Geology
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration, mining, or geological
fieldwork.
Experience in exploratory drilling, borehole logging & core sampling
Knowledge of geological mapping, DTH sampling & field surveys
Hands-on experience in IBM documentation & statutory reporting
Ability to manage daily field activities and geological operations
Valuable knowledge of MCDR 2017
