Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programmes.
- Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and visa teams.
- Maintain accurate student records and update activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on university requirements, scholarships, visa regulations, and industry trends.
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in overseas education counselling, EdTech,



education consulting, or B2C admissions.
- Proven experience in achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of study destinations such as the UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, USA, and Europe.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
Saturday: As per company policy
