About the Company

Divine Metal & Alloys is a leading supplier of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Sheets, Plates and other industrial raw materials, serving customers across India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up for orders.
- Handle purchase enquiries and negotiate with suppliers.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and customers for timely deliveries.
- Manage SAP Ariba portals and respond to RFQs.
- Maintain records in Tally Prime.
- Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain customer and supplier databases.

Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in an engineering, industrial trading or manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of SAP Ariba (mandatory).




- Working knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred.
- Proficient in Tally Prime.
- Robust Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, filters and basic formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Qualification

Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent). Additional certifications in SAP or Excel will be an advantage.

Salary - 15000 - 22000 per month based on relevant experience.

Competitive and based on experience.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
