Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Perform fitting and alignment of fabricated parts and structures.
- Operate fabrication machinery such as drilling machines, grinders, gas cutting equipment, and welding machines.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
- Conduct repairs, modifications, and maintenance of fabricated structures and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with supervisors, welders, and production teams to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working setting.




- Report material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to management.

Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, or related trade.
- 7 years of experience in fabrication, fitting, or metalworking operations.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools, welding processes, and metalworking techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
