Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift.
- Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth production operations.
- Prepare daily manpower planning and optimize workforce utilization.
- Monitor production batches and perform batch analysis to achieve production targets.
- Ensure proper operation and basic knowledge of production machinery.
- Prepare and monitor daily production plans to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure the availability and proper utilization of raw materials and monitor finished goods.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and machine downtime reports.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any stream
- Minimum 5 years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing industry.




- Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, quality control, and machinery operations.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
