We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Agri Advisor to join our growing team at Agri7Star.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with farmers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand farmers’ crop-related needs and product requirements.
- Provide accurate information about products, benefits and usage.
- Recommend suitable products based on farmers’ requirements.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.

Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating directly with farmers.




- Good command of Marathi and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Robust sales and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn about agricultural products and crop requirements.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Handling or Agri Sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Working Time: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
