Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team in executing daily marketing activities and campaigns.
- Maintain and analyze marketing data using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and update reports using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Support Instagram marketing activities, including content uploads, engagement tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Help maintain marketing databases and documentation.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or pursuing Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Basic understanding of Instagram and its features.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

- Familiarity with Canva or any basic design tool.
