Redefine Immigration is hiring a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Visa Filing Executive to join our growing team in Jalandhar.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced visa filing professionals as well as freshers who have strong basic knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify, organize, and maintain client documents before submission
- Coordinate with counsellors and clients for document collection and updates
- Draft Submission Letters, SOPs, Cover Letters, and supporting documents
- Prepare responses to Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs), where required
- Assist clients with document requirements and filing-related queries
- Good knowledge of visa filing procedures and documentation




- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
- Experience with ApplyBoard, UniZ, or similar portals will be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi:
- Ability to work responsibly in a quick-paced office environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
