Kanoon Pandit is India's leading legal edtech platform for law students and young lawyers — 1 Lakh+ subscribers across our Hindi/English and Telugu YouTube channels. We operate two distinct content channels serving all-India and Telugu (TS+AP) audiences, and we're growing quick.

We're looking for a driven, creative, bilingual (Telugu + English/Hindi) Digital Marketing Executive to own our content pipeline and community presence end-to-end.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management
- Own content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — independently, not just as support
- Write captions, scripts, and creative copy tailored to both Hindi/English and Telugu audiences
- Design graphics and creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Repurpose long-form video content into clips, carousels, and snippets
- Draft and schedule WhatsApp broadcasts and SMS campaigns

Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting across all platforms with mínimal supervision
- Handle first-line community engagement — respond to comments, WhatsApp messages,



and support tickets in Hindi/English and Telugu
- Monitor trends, viral formats, and relevant legal education topics and adapt them to the brand quickly

Campaigns & Promotions
- Lead planning and execution of batch launches, promotional offers, and events
- Coordinate with the founding team on campaign assets and timelines
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta/YouTube) — or learn to, with support

Strategy & Planning
- Own and maintain content calendars across all channels
- Identify content gaps and proactively propose ideas
- Maintain consistent brand voice across Hindi/English (kpyt) and Telugu (kpyte) channels

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report weekly on engagement, reach, follower growth, and message delivery
- Surface what's working vs. underperforming with clear recommendations, not just data
